Before you remove your profile please read
If you are still active in the music industry, we’d love for you to consider simply updating your profile instead of removing it.
Music To Your Door exists to help musicians gain exposure and connect with new opportunities. Keeping your profile live means:
- Continued visibility to event organisers and clients
- Ongoing exposure in your local area
- A presence in a growing music directory
- No cost to update or refresh your details
If your availability, pricing, genre, photos, or contact details have changed, we’re happy to update your listing for you at no charge or you can also do this your self
using our service.
Sometimes a small refresh — new images, updated description, recent performances — can make a big difference in enquiries.
Of course, if you still prefer to have your details removed, we fully respect your decision and will process your request promptly once verified.
But if you're still performing and would benefit from additional exposure, we encourage you to stay listed and let the directory continue working for you.
If you would like your details removed from the Music To Your Door Directory, please send an email from your registered account email address to:
support@musictoyourdoor.com.au
In your email, please include:
Your full name
Your business or stage name (if applicable)
The suburb or region listed
The reason for removal (optional)
Why we require email verification
For security and privacy reasons, we only process removal requests sent from the email address associated with your listing.
This helps us:
Prevent unauthorised removal of profiles
Protect musicians and businesses from malicious or fraudulent requests
Ensure only the rightful listing owner can request changes or deletion
We do not process removal requests submitted solely through website forms or from unverified email addresses.
Once we receive your request from your registered email, we will confirm and process the removal within a reasonable timeframe.
