Professor Vanessa O’Connor is a qualified and experienced piano teacher, offering lessons from her studio in Victoria Park, Perth WA. Vanessa is an Accredited Teaching Member of the West Australian Music Teachers’ Association. Vanessa O’Connor is a concert pianist and piano teacher with 20 years experience. She performs regularly in Europe as a soloist and collaborative artist, and was a professor in an Italian conservatory for 4 years (she speaks Italian fluently), up until her move to Perth in 2022. Vanessa can accompany instrumentalists and singers, and has some experience in the world of Suzuki. She can take students from the age of 4 and upwards and is comfortable teaching AMusA and LMus levels. Vanessa can assist students with preparation for competitions, exams (ATAR & AMEB), concerts, scholarship auditions, and conservatorium auditions and exams.General Information
