About Teacher
Matthew is a Masters of Research student, specialising in Music and Music Technologies. Other than piano, he specialises in numerous fields, such as composition, electronic production, live mixing, and electroacoustic & visual performances. After developing a passion for composing classical and contemporary piano music, he published his first concept work for mixed ensemble in 2014, and first solo work for piano 'Christopher Ittoku', penned under the same name. While studying a Bachelor of Music, Matt's skills in music production and technology expanded, allowing him to produce a broad range of works including compositions for film, choir, strings and synthesiser. Matt is a specialist in electronic music composition, production, and electronic synthesis which is exciting for those who want to bend the rules of music and create their own unique sounds.
