About Teacher
Giselle loves teaching the piano to students of all ages. She is enthusiastic about helping her students become the best they can be at playing such a wonderful instrument as the piano and is passionate about passing on her knowledge about music. Giselle teaches at several schools in the ACT including Canberra Girls Grammar School (Junior campus Deakin), Saint Mary Mackillop Catholic College (Wanniassa), Covenant College (Gordon), Holy Trinity Primary School (Curtin), Saint Francis of Assisi (Calwell), Gowrie Primary and Monash Primary Schools. She also teaches from her home studio in Wanniassa after school hours and on Saturdays. Giselle is trained to teach the Simply Music Piano Method, but also teaches the traditional method and can prepare students for AMEB and ANZCA exams up to Diploma Level. She also enjoys teaching students who want to learn purely for pleasure. Giselle is also working towards a Fellowship Diploma in Piano performance under Professor Larry Sitsky and is also studying the Taubman approach to Piano Technique with Dr. Therese Milanovic. Together with her husband Kieran, (who mainly teaches the guitar and the drums), they are the ANZCA Representatives for the ACT.General Information
