Hi! My name’s Eric and I’m a young, passionate and highly experienced performer looking to share my passion for music at an accessible, affordable price. I teach piano, alto saxophone, music theory & musicianship, and school/HSC musicology & performance. I’m happy to travel to your home in most regions of Sydney; if you’re not sure about whether your location is convenient, please just ask! I was awarded a CMus with Honours for Piano in 2013, AMusA(Piano) in 2014, and CMus with Honours for Saxophone in 2015. I came 1st in Music Extension at Sydney Grammar School and was nominated for ENCORE as one of the top HSC performers in NSW in 2018. I have over 10 years' experience playing the piano, and 6 years for alto saxophone. I have achieved the highest qualification in AMEB Theory of Music (Grade 6). I also have experience in piano accompaniment, chamber music and ensemble playing (including as a concerto soloist), and have played saxophone in small ensembles, wind bands (e.g. as part of the Gold award-winning SGS Wind Ensemble) and jazz bands (e.g. as part of the 2018 Manly Jazz All-Stars Big Band).
