I am a passionate, dedicated, and innovative clarinet & piano teacher based on the south side of Brisbane at Runcorn. I can prepare students of all ages for any AMEB Exams, auditions and competitions, and playing for leisure, as well as theory and improvisation. I am also a piano accompanist for exams, recitals, and performances.General Information

Experience
I am a old Conservatorium of Music alumnus (BMus - Perf, Clarinet), and have studied clarinet with Paul Dean, Floyd Williams, and Brian Catchlove. I have also studied advanced level piano with Kevin Power, and have had occasional coaching in classical voice with Margaret-Baker Genovesi. I am also an alumnus of the University of Queensland, holding a Graduate Diploma in Education (GradDipEd) specializing in choral and instrumental education. I have excellent knowledge of school music syllabuses and curriculum as I'm also a registered instrumental and classroom music teacher in QLD schools.
I've performed with various chamber ensembles, have premiered music of emerging composers, and have played with the Australian International Symphony Orchestra Institute in Tasmania, as well as the Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra as Principal Clarinet from 2011-2013.
