About Teacher
Whether you are looking at learning piano for fun or are seeking a formal course, I am able to help you achieve your musical goals. I am a highly experienced music teacher, having completed a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Education from Monash University. I have been teaching the piano for over 10 years and have also led the Music Department at a Catholic Secondary College. My approach to teaching piano takes into account individual needs, interests and goals. I believe that everyone can play well if they set their minds to it and I am passionate about students enjoying what they do. I can prepare you for piano exams through AMEB, ANZCA, AGME, VCE or any other examination board you may be interested in. I provide a holistic approach to Music Training so Theory, Sight Reading and Aural Training will be included in your piano lessons should you wish to commence. Lessons take place in my home studio.
