About Teacher
I am a highly qualified saxophone, clarinet, flute and piano tutor. I have studied music at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (classical saxophone). I am currently studying my Master's of Primary Teaching and will be qualified to be a classroom music teacher as well as a general primary teacher. I am extremely passionate about understanding how children learn, and how music can help to increase their levels of engagement with learning. I have 5 years of experience tutoring, with two of those years teaching saxophone at Somerville House. I am a very punctual person and extremely enthusiastic towards learning for your child! I have experience teaching AMEB exams to all grade levels. I am extremely passionate about ensuring your child learns the best they can, whether that is learning a pop song, sitting an AMEB exam, learning to improvise or composing their own song!
